encouraging excellence

FOSYM provides funding, encouragement and opportunities for young musicians to participate and progress to the highest levels of music – making.

FOSYM supports key muscial events organised by our partners, such as local Music Centres, Battle of the Bands, Staffordshire Young Musicians Competition, and the Staffordshire Youth Orchestra, Wind Band and Youth Choir.

We also enable young people to attend concerts and masterclasses where they can experience the work of professional musicians.
